Course Objectives | This course is a second part of international finance course. This course develops the students understanding of the core decisions involved in international financial management. The student will examine the institutional and behavioral relationship between firms and international capital markets as well as the processes at working the financial transactions between firms and international financial markets. |

Course Description | The main objective is to explore the modern financial management areas of corporate finance in an international setting with emphasis on those features that are unique to multinational corporation. This will require a general understanding of the international economic and monetary environment, plus a solid understanding of the basic tools of financial analysis. |
